She was born on December 9, 1957 in Krasnoyarsk.
In 1981 she graduated from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in thermal power engineering.
From April 1981, she worked in engineering positions at the CCC CHPP-1 of the production association "Krasitel" (Rubezhnoye), in the department of the chief mechanic of the Research Institute "Poisk" (St. Petersburg), in the detailed design group at the Chernobyl NPP of the Institute "Atomenergostroyproekt" (Pripyat), and after the evacuation from the Chernobyl zone - in the Kiev office of the same design institution.
In February 1992, she was elected Vice President of the newly created International Charitable Foundation "Children of Chernobyl for Survival".
Since January 2002 - President of the International Charitable Foundation "Children of Chernobyl for Survival". In this position, she has established close partnerships with a number of humanitarian and philanthropic organizations in Japan, Italy, Spain, Libya, Germany, Croatia, Turkey and other countries.
Since November 2003 - President of the charitable All-Ukrainian festival of children's creativity "Pisenniy Sad".
In August 2005, she acted as the Ukrainian coordinator of the resonant International biker marathon "Europe - Ukraine: in the name of a future child."
In June 2007, she initiated and implemented the international charitable program "Young talents of Ukraine support the world."
In June 2009, for selfless work for the benefit of Chernobyl children, she was awarded the Order of Princess Olga, III degree.
