Chernobyl knows no boundaries

A memorable event "Chernobyl knows no boundaries" took place in the concert hall of the National Center "Ukrainian House". This charitable project was born as a result of the cooperation of such reputable organizations as the Christian Affairs Association (Gibralleon, Spain), the Chornobyl Children's Fund of Japan (Tokyo), the company Acino Ukraine, the Institute of Endocrinology and Metabolism named after VPKomisarenko, and the International Foundation " Chernobyl Children for Survival ».
Liquidators and members of their families gathered in the auditorium; persons evacuated in 1986 from the Pripyat, Chernobyl and other settlements of the exclusion zone; Children of Chernobyl status, who live in the towns of Naroditsky, Ovruch, Malinsky and Brusilovsky districts of Zhytomyr region and in Rokytnivsky district of Rivne region; Cadets of the Cherkasy Fire Safety Institute named after the Heroes of Chernobyl; representatives of the Ministry of Social Policy, the Ministry of Defense and the State Agency for Management of the Exclusion Zone; Honorable guests from Spain and Italy.
Deputy Speaker Pavel Dzyublyk addressed the audience with an introductory speech. A rich concert program with the participation of the National Presidential Orchestra, conducted by the People's Artist of Ukraine Anatoly Molotai, began late. The concert also made by folk artists of Ukraine Zhanna Bodnaruk and Vladimir Zasuhin Honored Artist of Ukraine Irina Kulik, Vladimir Skrynnik, Honored Artist of Crimea Anatoly Yurchenko, and winners of national and international competitions Victoria Osadchyk Irina Zyabchenko Alina Bashkin, Victoria Litvinchuk and Sergey Gurets .
In the lobby of the concert hall, wonderful paintings of artistic straws were performed by young masters of the Ovruch Model Small Academy of Folk Arts and Crafts.
The organizers expressed their deep gratitude to the UMT + Joint Stock Company, Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine, Caritas-Spes Religious Mission to the Roman Catholic Church in Ukraine, McDonald's Ukraine, and Mrs. Natalia Koval, who supported the event.
